INFORMATION OF THUY NGUYEN SHOPHOUSES

Ecopark Van Giang project is planned under land area of 500 ha divided into 9 phases which is expected to be completed by 2020.

The project is located in Xuan Quan, Van Giang, Hung Yen - a convenient location for transportation from Ecopark to Hanoi inner areas.

Ecopark urban has completed Phase 1 called Palm Springs positioned in the South of the project with a total area of 54ha with completed and comprehensive utilities. It is implementing Phase 2 called AquaBay located at the Northern gateway of the project.

All Thuy Nguyen shophouses have advantages of big road in front of the houses, with prime and unique location. There are 3 types of shophouses at Aqua Bay including: Luxurious Shophouses, Standard Shophouses, and Corner Shophouses. Each type has unique view.

- Standard shophouses: situated along the street with parking median, the average land area of 100m2, facade of 5m, designed with 4 floors with a separate business area in the 1st floor, luxurious living space in the upper floor with 4 self contained bedrooms.

- Luxurious shophouses: facing the units in the Southern. This type has larger area than the standard. Area of each unit is 150m2 constructed with 4 floors.

- Corner shophouses: lake division located in every corner of the block, the area is slightly larger than the standard. Area of each unit is 200m2 constructed with 4 floors
